Hotel 5*, ubicado en una de las zonas más estratégicas, turísticas y comerciales de la capital, precisa personal para su departamento de Guest Relations. Este departamento es el encargado de construir experiências inolvidables para nuestros huéspedes. No solamente tendrán que ajustarse a las solicitudes, también tendrán que superar sus expectativas y sorprenderles. Las tareas son las siguientes: - Atención a nuestros clientes, desde la entrada al hotel hasta la despedida. - Preparación de amenities y atenciones para los huéspedes. - Coordinar con otros departamentos (Conserjería, Housekeeping, Recepción, F&B...) la atención y detalles a nuestros clientes, chequeando que todos y cada uno de los servicios prestados sea el adecuado. - Atención de sugerencias de clientes. - Resolución de quejas e incidencias. - Cumplir siempre los estándares marcados por la dirección del hotel. Requisitos: - Experiência previa en hoteles 5* en el departamento de Guest Relations. - Inglés C1. Se valorará muy positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas. - Buscamos una persona con gran orientación al cliente, muy flexible y dinámica, facilidad para trabajar en equipo y gran atención a los detalles. Esta persona debe ser muy ordenada y organizada, y tener una muy buena gestión del tiempo. Condiciones: - Contrato temporal. - Jornada completa. - Comida y uniforme por parte del hotel. Sobre el salario hablaremos en la entrevista de trabajo.
