The hotel is divided into eleven low-rise structures ensuring that visitors experience a truly exceptional and natural environment. About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position in Guest Relations Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Assist in welcoming guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival experience in line with LQA and Forbes standards. Support with VIP arrivals, in-room check-ins, hotel show-arounds, and coordination of welcome amenities. Learn to handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, escalating details to the Guest Relations Manager. Develop a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and the Jumeirah brand to confidently assist and inform guests. Collaborate with the Concierge and F&B teams to enhance guest experiences and observe cross-selling techniques. Maintain an immaculate appearance, stay present in the lobby, and proactively assist guests to ensure a memorable stay. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Qualification Studies related to hospitality Experience Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength. Skills Proficiency in spoken and written English. Competent in Opera Competent in Microsoft Office applications. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
