Kardex Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Customer Service Sales Specialist The Kardex Group is a global leader in dynamic storage, retrieval, and distribution systems. With over 3,000 employees worldwide, we design and deliver logistics solutions that drive efficiency across industries, from manufacturing to retail and administration. You'll work on‐site to improve operations, streamline processes, and uncover practical opportunities, while representing the Life Cycle Service department across Spain and Portugal. You will also help shape the country's annual sales and marketing plan, bringing the Kardex Remstar Core Values to every customer interaction. Location: Madrid area (1 day/week in office, remaining days on customer sites) Promote and sell service contract modifications and technical upgrades Follow the sales process, including CRM updates and timely follow‐ups Visit customers to present service offerings and upgrade solutions Collaborate with Area Managers, Back Office, and the Commercial Team to maximize customer satisfaction and opportunities 1 day per week in the office (Madrid area) Experience in a service‐oriented B2B environment Basic marketing skills for service sales Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Tools & Software: Microsoft Office, Internal CRM and service software tools Opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer operations and satisfaction Take the next step in your career by bringing your expertise to our Life Cycle Services team Mid‐Senior level Full‐time Sales and Consulting Automation Machinery Manufacturing and Industrial Machinery Manufacturing #
