Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager

Madrid, Spain

About Street

Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us.

The role

You’ll protect our CEO’s time: anything administrative or logistical lands with you and gets closed, not just scheduled. Around 75% CEO support and 25% running our Madrid office, with the CEO’s priorities always first.

What you’ll do

  • Own the CEO’s calendar across Madrid, Lisbon, Milan and Zurich: scheduling, prioritising, protecting focus time and declining what doesn’t need the CEO

  • Book and manage all CEO travel, from flights and hotels to itineraries and last-minute changes

  • Take first pass on the CEO’s inbox: draft routine replies, close yes/no threads and surface only what needs a decision

  • Prepare meeting packs, take notes when asked, send action items and chase owners until closed

  • Keep CEO expenses up to date in Pleo, chase signatures, file contracts and run the renewals calendar (leases, insurance, suppliers)

  • Run the Madrid office day to day (supplies, cleaning, maintenance, landlord, visitors, deliveries, meeting rooms) and handle onboarding logistics for new starters with IT and People

  • Organise internal events and perks in Madrid, from Burger Wednesday to team celebrations

Who we’re looking for

Must-have

  • 3+ years as Executive Assistant to a CEO, founder or senior executive, ideally in a fast-growing or multi-country company

  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and international travel, with strong Google Workspace and Slack skills

  • Absolute discretion with confidential information (financials, M&A, people)

  • Proactive and organised: you anticipate needs and follow up without reminders

  • Based in Madrid and available on-site

Nice-to-have

  • Professional working proficiency in Italian and/or Portuguese

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurants or retail

  • Office management experience

  • Experience with Pleo or similar expense tools

What we offer

  • A structured, fast-growing company

  • Dynamic, results-oriented environment

  • Continuous training and real career growth

  • Compensation package based on experience

  • Company benefits
