The core product is a high‑quality, climate‑friendly biostimulant designed to improve crop performance while reducing reliance on synthetic inputs. As our production capacity continues to scale, we are expanding our commercial footprint across Europe and building a team of driven sales professionals who want to transform the future of farming. THE ROLE As the Agri Sales & Advisory Lead (Spain / EU Market), you will be responsible for expanding our commercial activities within your assigned region. With growing market demand for sustainable crop solutions and increasing product availability, your primary mission is to acquire new customers and build lasting relationships across the agricultural sector. Your client base may include distributors, farming cooperatives, individual growers, and agribusiness organisations. You will develop a strong pipeline, identify new opportunities, and guide clients through the adoption of our biostimulant solutions. Your ultimate KPI : achieve your sales targets . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Market Exploration – Conduct market research, spot growth opportunities, and identify sector stakeholders. Client Partnerships – Develop strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored guidance. Pipeline & Forecasting – Build a clear pipeline and maintain precise forecasting. Sales Delivery – Execute strategic sales plans to reach revenue and market targets. Negotiation – Manage agreements and contracts in line with company policies. Client Enablement – Educate customers on product benefits through training and demos. Reporting – Track activities and deliver consistent, data‑driven updates to management. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS An active network or client base in the agriculture sector. Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture‑related sales with proven results. Strong knowledge of crop production systems; familiarity with biostimulants or crop care products is an advantage. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Target‑driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
