Provide business advice to the Business Unit Europe Africa and its employees as a reliable business partner to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies focused on overall ethics, anti-trust, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, and trade compliance. Support local Group Companies and their employees in implementing the TK Elevator Ethics & Compliance Program, including processes, reporting and documentation. Identify and support mitigation of compliance risks across all parts of the Business Unit Europe Africa. Customize existing compliance tools to regional needs and develop additional tools and measures fitting into the Elevator business requirements. Qualifications Master/Diploma in Law. Specialization in the fields of anti-corruption/criminal law or antitrust law is preferable. Professional experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney at law. At least 5 years of working experience. Experience working with internationally geographically distributed teams and ability to operate in a matrix-structured organization. High analytical skills and strong teamwork orientation. Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach. Highly motivated self-starter eager to take on responsibility. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
