Join to apply for the Senior Compliance Officer (d/f/m) role at TK Elevator . Foster the TK Elevator ethics and compliance culture and awareness in the Business Unit Europe Africa. Ensure consistent implementation of the global TK Elevator ethics and compliance strategy and support the management and employees in the Business Unit Europe Africa in compliance-related issues. Provide business advice to the Business Unit Europe Africa and its employees as a reliable business partner to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies focused on overall ethics, anti-trust, anti-corruption, anti-money-laundering, and trade compliance. Support local Group Companies and their employees in implementing the TK Elevator Ethics & Compliance Program, including processes, reporting and documentation. Identify and support mitigation of compliance risks across all parts of the Business Unit Europe Africa. Customize existing compliance tools to regional needs and develop additional tools and measures fitting into the Elevator business requirements. Master/Diploma in Law. Specialization in the fields of anti-corruption/criminal law or antitrust law is preferable. Professional experience as an in-house lawyer or attorney at law. Strong communication and social skills paired with a solution-oriented approach. Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus. Flexibility – Flexible yet regulated working hours and remote working options.
