We're looking for someone with a content creator mindset, creative design, motion and video editing skills with clever, witty and reactive content creation that makes you stop your scroll.You will create social media content for a large well-known client in the entertainment and streaming sector with the help of a team of creatives, content managers, strategists, designers and video editors. We take pride in our global client portfolio and our proprietary technology setting us apart in the industry.Your primary responsibilities will include:Brainstorm and implement social-first ideas and content.Propose reactive ideas or content based on real-time trends.Implement our client's established social media strategy to increase reach and engagement across all channels, ensuring content is creative, strategic and aligned with their goals.Plan calendars, create content and participate in creative brainstorming sessions in collaboration with community managers, video editors and creatives.Stay up to date with social and design trends, being both reactive and translating them into applicable recommendations.Work with the project management team to ensure the work is delivered on time.QualificationsFluent in Spanish, and conversational level of English.About 3 years of experience as a Designer or Art Director in creative agencies, social agencies or design studios.Experience in social-first creativity, designing and editing content for TikTok, Instagram, and X.Executional skills and proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, with an understanding of graphic design, layout and typography.Passion about creativity, social media, entertainment, sports, music and pop culture.You love getting to know your client, developing lasting relationships, and adding value to their business.You produce unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
