Please note that after applying for this position you will be required to complete a test assignment – successfully completing the assignment will be the first step in the interview process. This is a full‑time remote contract position. Work with student feedback and subject‑matter expert recommendations to identify areas for course quality improvement Update course content in collaboration with a Product Manager and SMEs Participate in learning needs analysis and high‑level course design with the Product Manager and SME Collaborate with the production team to create content based on SME materials, prepare practice exercises and learning aids Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date Worked as an instructional designer / learning experience designer / learning content developer / program designer for at least 3 years Proven experience working with technical topics such as software engineering, data science, data analysis Ability to develop various forms of educational content (long reads, video, projects, practice tasks, infographics, assessments, etc.) Proficiency with modern tools for creating learning aids (we use Figma, HeyGen, Supademo) English proficiency Experience working with customer education and creating instructions on software Background in programming or another IT profession (related degree, certification, or prior work experience) Attention to detail and thoroughness – you’ll be processing a lot of advanced content Remote, full‑time contracted position Annual performance appraisals and a bonus system Digital office using modern tools such as Miro, Notion, Slack, etc. TripleTen is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, protected military/veteran status, or any other legally protected factor. #
