At Nordberg Medical, you will have the opportunity to grow and learn, to be creative, and to contribute to both our product and company success.We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event and Customer Experience Manager to oversee the planning and execution of company events from start to finish.The Event Manager will be responsible for designing event concepts led and supervised by the Marketing Manager, coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees. This role requires exceptional project-management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other internal teams to ensure that all events align with brand goals, budget requirements, and overall strategic objectives.This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute local corporate events, conferences and special activitiesDevelop creative event concepts and detailed project timelinesManage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutionsCoordinate with agency, suppliers, and internal departmentsOversee event logistics, including setup, registration, audiovisual needs, and on-site executionEnsure all events comply with brand guidelinesTrack event performance, conduct post-event evaluations, and prepare detailed reportsManage event marketing materials and collaborate with the communications team to promote eventsProvide on-site leadership and troubleshoot issues during eventsMaintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholdersSkills & CompetenciesExcellent organizational and project-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCreative mindset with the ability to propose innovative event ideasAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong negotiation and budgeting skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage external vendors#J-18808-Ljbffr
