What you will doAs an Account Executive, you will:
- Engage with super exciting companies : the most innovative teams at the largest enterprises in the world.
- Become an expert of a product that uses the latest AI technologies .
- Drive new client acquisition and expansion , owning your accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Self source and own your pipeline .
- Shape, qualify, nurture and chase your opportunities.
- Utilize various consultative sales methodologies.
- Work hand-in-hand with Head of Sales to ensure acceleration of opportunities to close sales.
- Influence our sales playbook, hiring, and strategy as a founding AE .
- Develop client proposals that effectively communicate our products.
- Keep up to date on industry trends.
- Use Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Passion for the start-up world: Excited to be an early member of the team.
- Proven Track Record in SaaS Sales: 1+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Growth Mindset: You take pride in your work and desire to be the best.
- Builder Mentality: Someone who thrives in an environment where you’re expected to build.
- Outstanding Communicator & Storyteller: Strong communication skills in English.
- Disciplined & Results Focused: Disciplined about the sales process.
- Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experienced with online tools for sales and collaboration.
- Understanding of teams that engage with external stakeholders.
- You've been a first or early hire at a fast-growing start-up before.
- You've built sales playbooks or processes.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
