WHAT WILL YOU DO?  Technical support requests triage and first-line support:Perform triage on new tickets, moving them to the appropriate team and support level.  Handle incoming customer interactions to identify, document, and route issues as needed. Categorise tickets by issue type. Apply SOPs for first contact resolution cases. Assist in the curation of our products' documentation. WHAT IS MANDATORY FOR JOINING THE PROGRAM?  Currently pursuing a degree in software development, system administration, or mathematics. Ability to provide an educational agreement with a university or school within the EU. Availability for a minimum 6-month internship, with the possibility of extension. User-level proficiency in Windows or MacOS. User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace software.Fluency in English and Spanish. Strong problem-solving mindset.
