Strategic Leadership Role: Take full ownership of a high-potential sales team, scaling an EMEA new business team. Exciting Growth Journey: Be a pivotal figure in an ambitious expansion across Spain and wider EMEA within a rapidly scaling global IT services provider. Key Role Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up. Drive KPI success within the sales function. Assist with launching new products and expand the company's regional footprint across Spain and EMEA. Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance. Key Attributes Required Proven experience in sales management within product sales in an IT reseller / IT Managed Services environment. A successful track record of leading a sales team. You will lead from the front, being a hands on enterprise sales person yourself, along with driving team performance. Fluent in English and Spanish.
