Main Responsibilities Leadership Development & Communication Audience management:Collaborate with Group Functions HR to track and maintain alumni of past Leadership Academies, enabling follow-up and tailored content communication. Process management:Support the management of development activities and processes such as a 360° feedback, coaching, academies, and development action plans. Following-up and anchoring:Assist the team in designing, structuring, and proposing follow-up and anchoring activities to strengthen our Leadership Academies. Communication:Work with Leadership Development team members to improve communication around activities and programmes; prepare newsletters and ideate and implement initiatives to better communicate Leadership Academy projects. Systems Content management:Update and maintain content on our shared platform (Leadership content repository on SharePoint); Collaborate with the Learning team to support integration of new content into SharePoint and Workday. Governance & Compliance:Track of training hours in Workday to contribute to general ESG reporting (potentially including Mentoring and Coaching initiatives). General Group Talent Activity management:Collaborate on maintaining the Group Talent Project Tracker, gaining a comprehensive overview of team initiatives and developing skills in Excel and project coordination. Support the creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations. Location The role is full-time and based inMadrid, under ahybrid work-from-home policyof 2 days at home per week, with two weeks per year to work from wherever you prefer. Candidate profile Experiences and Qualifications We are looking for a high-potential, proactive, and solution-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, people-centered environment: Solid educational background with abachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
