Our client is a multinational company with 20 years experience that operates as an omnichannel SaaS platform for connected digital services and assistance programs. They focus on the insurance, banking, retail industries, offering B2B2C solutions to over 30 million end customers. Leaders in «service tech» and investing heavily in technology to integrate a wide range of services including digital ecosystems that combine various support services for finance, life, health, home, auto, unemployment.

Requirements for the position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Relevant experience:

  • Mandatory: Proven track record in developing digital products and working with platforms SaaS.
  • Significant experience in strategic consulting within the Insurance and Financial Services industries, particularly in digital transformation processes. 5-10 years of experience at least.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Good understanding of Insurance, Insurtech, Banking or/and other sectors.

Mission:

Work with partners to launch products and projects generating value for end customers, achieving an exponential increase in users and clients, as well as the utilization of the platform directly impacting revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish, and maintain relationships with key partners, generating revenue for the Group.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities with the partners.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with Partner Product Managers to generate users, engagement and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on product development, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the Insurtech market.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and the partner ensuring internal policy compliance.
  • Follow up all the products, projects and different information dashboards.
