Descripción del empleo Dependiendo directamente del Director Ejecutivo de Growth del área de Digital Industries, el perfil buscado desempeñará las siguientes funciones: Participar en la elaboración de la estrategia comercial del área Liderar acciones comerciales e impulsar el desarrollo del negocio en el ámbito MOM, DCS/SCADA, IIOT, PLM, Data/IA Coordinación con Market Leaders y Equipo Comercial para la ejecución del plan comercial y cumplimiento de los objetivos acordados Gestionar relación comercial en clientes del ámbito gran cuenta Liderar proyectos estratégicos Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos en cuanto a Calidad de resultados Traccionar a nivel comercial las relaciones con partners tecnológicos Requisitos Título universitario en Ingeniería Superior (Industrial / Telecomunicaciones / Sistemas) Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales Experiencia en Consultoría de Transformación Digital en sector industria, con foco en CPG, Automoción, Aeroespacial, Bienes de Equipo, Farma. Foco en Venta Consultiva / Challenger Espíritu de trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados en base a objetivos comunes Conocimientos IT: soluciones MES/MOM de Siemens (Opcenter) o de empresas similares e informática industrial (AVEVA, Inductive Automation, Critical Manufacturing, Captor, Prisma, etc.). Deseable experiencia en IOT Industrial, Soluciones DCS/SCADA, PLM, Ciberseguridad Industrial, Enterprise Asset Management, Lean Manufacturing, Logística y Supply Chain Experiencia en dirección de proyectos en el ámbito MOM en particular en el sector industrial > 10 años Idiomas: imprescindible alto nivel de inglés Información adicional Lugar de trabajo posible: Madrid, Bilbao, Barcelona, Valencia
