Lifecycle Marketing Strategist Common Thread Collective Mission Our mission is to offer unbeatable value and service for businesses earning below $15M, enabling them to transition from agency dependence to self‑sufficient growth. Responsibilities Lead client lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring predictable revenue through data-driven forecasts and strategic plans. Serve as a trusted advisor across email, SMS, direct mail, popups, and other touchpoints, bridging data insights with tactical execution. Create and maintain accurate email/SMS forecasts using the Prophit system and Statlas data. Collaborate with design, content, and other teams to develop on-brand customer communications. Monitor campaign performance, run tests, and adjust strategies to meet KPI targets. Provide regular performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Contribute learnings back to the system for continuous improvement. Minimum Experience & Qualifications At least 2 years of hands‑on email and SMS marketing experience, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization. Minimum 2 years of retention marketing experience, owning initiatives that drive predictable revenue and customer lifetime value. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data tools such as Google Sheets. Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English. Salary Range Day 1–30: $1.5K (Part‑time transition phase) Days 31–60: $3K (Full‑time start) Days 61–90: $4–5K + performance bonuses (subject to client volume and quality of work) Location & Environment Fully remote, flexible schedule.
