OverviewHello Factorial is known for transforming how companies manage HR and Finance through a single, intuitive platform. Now, we’re taking things a step further. We’re launching Factorial IT , and we are building the founding team that will take this product from 0 to €10M ARR . Factorial IT operates like a startup inside Factorial: its own roadmap, its own go-to-market strategy, and a team expected to grow rapidly. We already have the technical backbone in place and +200 active customers proving the demand. We are looking for a Founding Pre-Sales Consultant to join us as one of the first technical commercial hires and define the technical sales playbook , with a clear path to become the leader of the function in no-time.The RoleAs a Founding Pre-Sales Consultant , you will own the technical validation of our sales cycle. You will be the bridge between complex IT pain points and our automation solution. You will speak with IT Managers, CTOs, and CISOs at some of Europe's fastest-growing scale-ups to show them how Factorial IT can put their operations on autopilot. This role is about high-conviction technical selling with a unique unfair advantage - our ability to leverage our +16k existing customers from day one.What You’ll DoLead Technical Discovery: Run discovery sessions and deep-dive demos for IT and Ops leaders across the European market.Master the "Zero-Touch" Narrative: Show how our product enables hardware procurement and configuration in under 2 minutes.Drive Compliance Value: Explain how our UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) natively supports ISO 27001 readiness, moving beyond the limitations of tools like Apple Business Manager.Recover SaaS Spend: Demonstrate how our platform identifies "Zombie Licenses" to reduce customer SaaS spend by 15-20%.Build the Playbook: Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape our demos and future roadmap.Manage the Stack: Track and forecast technical opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.Your Profile3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Pre-Sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Security.Native or bilingual French and professional English.Technical understanding of MDM/UEM, device deployment, and SaaS integrations.Strong consultative discovery skills; you can uncover the "manual engineering failures" holding companies back.Entrepreneurial mindset: You are excited to build, test, and iterate from 0 to 1.Bonus PointsExperience with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certifications.Experience selling to IT personas (CTO, VP Engineering, CISO).Knowledge of the French IT ecosystem and compliance requirements.We truly valueTech curiosity: You enjoy understanding the tools IT teams use daily.Proactive mindset: You love testing ideas and learning from data.Empathy: You quickly understand customer needs and technical friction.Perks of being part of our teamHigh growth, multicultural and friendly environmentAlan private health insuranceHealthy life with Wellhub (Gyms, pools, outdoor classes)Save expenses with CobeeLanguage classesBreakfast in the office and organic fruitNora discountsFree caffeine and theinePet FriendlyAbout UsAt Factorial, we’re building the leading business management software for companies of all sizes.
