Descripción del empleo El Director Global de Desarrollo de Negocios será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de ingresos, asegurar asociaciones estratégicas y expandir la presencia global del Sports World Congress. Buscamos un profesional con una sólida red en la industria del deporte, experiencia en acuerdos de asociación y un historial comprobado en el desarrollo de negocios para eventos a gran escala. Responsabilidades Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia global de desarrollo de negocios para aumentar ingresos y asociaciones. Identificar y cerrar acuerdos estratégicos con marcas, proveedores de instalaciones y líderes del sector. Desarrollar estrategias de monetización, incluyendo medios, agencias digitales y turismo. Expandir la presencia global del evento, asegurando nuevas ciudades anfitrionas y socios internacionales. Representar al SWC en eventos y foros clave del sector. Gestionar relaciones con federaciones deportivas, ligas, clubes y entidades gubernamentales. Requisitos Más de 10 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, ventas de asociaciones o estrategia comercial en deportes, eventos o medios. Amplia red global en la industria del deporte. Experiencia en cierre de acuerdos estratégicos y estrategias comerciales para conferencias o eventos deportivos. Habilidades excepcionales de negociación, comunicación y presentación. Capacidad para analizar tendencias de mercado e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento. Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente y trabajar en distintos husos horarios.
