Overview Communication & Sports Marketing Specialist Responsibilities Manage the ambassador and athlete program in Spain: recruitment onboarding deliverables and performance tracking. Oversee sponsorships and partnerships with teams and organizations defining objectives deliverables and ROI measurement. Coordinate product seeding and content collaboration with athletes ambassadors and influencers. Ensure brand consistency across all sponsorship and partnership touchpoints. Communication & Digital Marketing Plan and execute B2C communication campaigns (email marketing product launches customer engagement initiatives). Create and distribute B2B newsletters for retail partners (product updates activations and marketing assets). Manage Specialized Spains social media channels and community engagement. Collaborate with ambassadors athletes and influencers to generate authentic storytelling and user-generated content (UGC). Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement reach traffic conversions) and recommend optimizations. Required Skills & Experience 2 years of experience in sports marketing and digital communication. Strong knowledge of and genuine passion for cycling and sport. Proven experience managing ambassadors influencers or sponsorships. Familiarity with digital marketing tools. Excellent writing and communication skills. Native Spanish; fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Seniority: Unclear.
