**Define the strategic direction of sports and motorsports to establish Red Bull as a credible and consumer-focused brand. Design a sports and motorsports strategy and programme that adds value to our brand, reinforcing the global strategy and brand guidelines. Complete and implement global and international sports and motorsports programmes and portfolios, ensuring that the department’s BP addresses the challenges to win new consumers and confirm existing ones. Lead sports and motorsports team fostering collaboration across departments.**:

**Sports and Motorsports Strategy**:
Design a consistent Sport & Motorsport Strategy aligned with the country Brand Strategy.

Design, develop and improve an innovative and outstanding national event programme by inventing and executing new events and athletes' projects developing concepts that are tailor-made and relevant for our target.

Responsible for Brand appearances and Drinking Scenes in national sport programmes according to international benchmarks and guidelines.

**Sports and Motorsports Athletes Portfolio**:
Start and Improve a Highly Credible Athletes Programme.

Maximize usage of Red Bull’s global athletes and event portfolio.

Selecting relevant national sports personalities with a perfect brand fit and optimize impact and efficiency via professional target setting and controlling. On-going optimization of these co-operations and providing creative improvements.

**Business Planning and Team Management**:
Design Strategic Business Plans aligned with the Marketing Strategy.

Run an extremely motivated national Sports & Motorsport department, being also responsible for budget accomplishment of the annual BP.

**Sports and Motorsports third party cooperations**:
Liaise with Sales team to leverage our Sports & Motorsports assets and activations to improve our strength towards customers.

Responsible for a cross program execution in the national sports landscape.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, PR or similar
- At least 10 years of previous work experience in sports industry, sport, events or marketing agency, sport institution or federation, or as a journalist, professional athlete or trainer.
- Ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales (budgets from € 1k - 1,000k).
- Previous team management experience.
- Able to pursue a global company vision: management of strategic, marketing, communication, logistic, finance, legal and sales-oriented challenges
- Ability to select service and manage athletes based on sportive performance, marketing and communication facts.
- Understanding of Sports & Motorsports -performance, specialist knowledge and experience.
