This role combines relationship leadership with a hunter mindset, requiring deep expertise in the sports industry and a strong grasp of its commercial dynamics — rights management, broadcasting, OTT, sponsorship, and monetization models.You will build long-term partnerships with rights holders, leagues, broadcasters, and technology providers while delivering against ambitious growth targets.What You’ll DoStrategic Account LeadershipDevelop and execute multi-year account plans for top sports customers, aligned with their transformation and monetization priorities.Maintain senior-level relationships across leagues, federations, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.New Business DevelopmentLead targeted business development campaigns and events to acquire new customers and expand Ateme’s footprint in the sports market.Proactively identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, leveraging your industry network to accelerate deal cycles.Strategic PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and formalize alliances with key ecosystem players — rights holders, media partners, and technology providers — to create joint value propositions and co-selling opportunities.Represent Ateme at industry events and forums to strengthen our partner network and brand visibility.Deal ExecutionOwn complex pursuits end-to-end: discovery, solution shaping, RFP responses, and negotiation.Performance MetricsDeliver against annual revenue targets for both strategic accounts and new business.What You’ll Bring7+ yearsin enterprise sales or business development within the sports industry, with proven success in revenue growth and strategic account management.Deep understanding of sports market dynamics: rights management, broadcasting, OTT, sponsorship, and fan engagement.Demonstrated ability to forge strategic partnerships that drive joint business outcomes.Strong network across leagues, federations, broadcasters, and streaming platforms.Working knowledge of video delivery technologies and monetization levers.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Available to travel internationally as requested for the role.LocationEurope, ideally in: Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam, London, Milan, WarsawEqual OpportunityAteme SA and all its subsidiaries respect Equal Opportunity. xsgfvud All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Telecommunications#J-18808-Ljbffr
