**About Us**:
We are a dynamic, fast-paced organisation at the forefront of the sports industry, creating captivating digital content and visuals that embody the thrill of sports. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about sports and can bring our brand to life across social media, digital banners, and other online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Affiliate & Partnership Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, sports betting brands, and influencers.
- Negotiate and optimise affiliate deals to maximise conversions.
- Track and analyse affiliate performance, refining strategies for continuous improvement.

**Marketing Campaigns & Growth Strategies**:

- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to attract new users.
- Leverage SEO, paid media, and content marketing to drive traffic and user acquisition.
- Analyse key performance metrics and continuously optimise campaigns for better results.

**Social Media & Content Creation**:

- Oversee the creation and management of engaging social media content across platforms (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram).
- Manage UGC (user-generated content) collaborations and influencer marketing strategies.
- Drive community engagement, fostering brand loyalty and awareness.

**General Growth & Brand Awareness**:

- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform marketing approaches.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure marketing efforts align with user experience and product developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing and Partnerships (sports betting/iGaming experience is a plus).
- Creative and data-driven, making marketing decisions based on insights and performance analysis.
- Strong social media expertise with an understanding of engagement strategies, trends, and growth tactics.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative to drive results.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to 36,000.00€ per year
