**Marketing Executive**

With massive growth plans in place, Treatwell is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the smooth running of our entire marketing department. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will support the delivery of projects across the team to ensure we are building momentum with our key initiatives based on our business priorities.

No week will look the same and will depend on the business needs and timeline of your projects. This is a newly created role that will impact how we can grow our marketing activities to support our business in transforming the industry.

**You will be responsible for**
- Reviewing, implementing and encouraging adoptions of new processes and initiatives that improve collaboration and communication
- Co-ordinating regular marketing team processes e.g. monthly Marketing All Hands, L&D sessions
- Managing and reviewing the Weekly Marketing report in collaboration with marketing leads
- Helping the Marketing Manager organise key marketing team social activities to facilitate team building and a positive atmosphere amongst the team
- Being a key point of contact between the various marketing functions, always looking to connect the relevant people and encouraging collaboration
- Supporting on the ideation and definition of new initiatives to reach our marketing and company goals across B2B and B2C
- Briefing agencies on campaigns, getting things approved, owning timing plans and staying organised with contact reports and status reports
- Creating new landing pages for brand partnerships and new markets, working closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure brand consistency
- Supporting on strategic projects across the marketing team and beyond, ensuring timely support

**About You**
- Experience within a market function with 0-2 years previous experience behind you
- Passionate about building an industry-leading brand
- Would like to build their experience across multiple different areas of marketing, from Growth and CRM to PR and Community
- Feels comfortable building relationships across different business areas
- Is super organised and able to keep everyone on track and aligned
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbally to a variety of colleagues and teams across the Group
- Likes working with data and insight, and can communicate and synthesise findings with practical recommendations
- Would be enthusiastic when working with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives which make valuable contributions to our customers or the business
- Understands the key channels we run and coordinating across various teams to produce content
- Comfortable working in a fast-pace, evolving environment and role
- Experience working with Google docs and project management tools like Asana
