Marketing Executive – The Trading Pit Be part of a fast‑growing company in the finance industry. As the Marketing Executive, you will drive and coordinate cutting‑edge marketing initiatives, manage product launches, global campaigns and digital content creation. Your organization, communication and project‑management skills will be critical to our success. Key Responsibilities Lead global commercial and awareness campaigns, overseeing asset creation, project timelines and cross‑team coordination. Own communication plans for new products, features and integrations – craft messaging and coordinate execution across web, email and social media. Develop brand positioning and long‑term strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Oversee digital projects such as campaign landing pages, content updates and marketing site improvements. Take ownership of ad‑hoc projects and leadership requests with precision and speed. Requirements Minimum 5+ years in marketing project management or related roles. Experience in finance or financial markets environments. Native English speaker; excellent written and verbal communication. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, juggling multiple priorities. Generalist marketing experience across campaigns, brand initiatives and digital/web projects. Analytical mindset to track outcomes and provide actionable recommendations. Strong cross‑functional collaboration with design, product, sales and external partners. High detail orientation and quality focus. Start‑up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment. On‑site availability in Madrid (Paseo de la Castellana 18, Madrid). Preferred Skills Familiarity with HubSpot, web CMS tools, Jira and analytics dashboards. Experience managing content workflows and creative production processes. Strong stakeholder management and senior‑level liaison experience. Problem‑solving mindset and adaptability.
