Descripción ABG Intellectual Property ranks among Europe’s preeminent and fastest growing IP firms.We are a strong and reliable business partner when it comes to acquisition of effective IP protection in all technical fields (Biotechnology, Engineering & Physics, Information & Communications Technology, Chemistry, Materials & Pharmaceuticals).ABG professionals share a passion for knowledge and have been trained in cutting-edge technologies in order to asses our clients’ needs by promoting the best technical and legal solutions to complex IP problems.We’re looking for a Patent Adviser to join our Biotechnology & Life Sciences team and help innovative clients protect breakthrough technologies with high business impact.What you’ll do Discuss innovations with inventors and research teams and translate science into strong patent strategies.  Draft and prosecute patent applications before the European Patent Office and other patent offices.  Prepare responses to examination reports and manage communications with patent examiners.  Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate assessments; perform prior-art searches.  Support infringement and validity opinions as part of broader IP advice. Requerimientos A PhD in a biomedical discipline (e.g., Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or similar). No prior patent experience required. We’re looking for fast learners with strong scientific curiosity who want to start a career in patent advising. Exceptional written communication and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-specialists. Proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus. Precision, thoroughness and strong client orientation; proactive, “can-do” mindset. ¿Qué ofrecemos?
