Yet none of the major global software providers (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, Oracle…) currently make this possible.Our ambition is to become the world’s first "Local Collaboration Platform" , used by retail networks to engage their teams and enhance the customer experience both online and in-store.This will be made possible by a strong focus on three key pillars:Customer satisfaction, by helping our clients succeed in their digital transformation projectsProduct simplicity, to make Partoo accessible even to the least tech-savvy usersCollaboration between head office and stores, which is enabled throughout the productRole & Impact We are looking for an international Solution Consultant / Presales, to help Partoo accelerate the development of its solution in Europe, Latin America, Middle East and France. The mission will be to support the sales team in the acquisition of strategic & Global accounts (>50K€), ensuring a consultative sales approach and bringing product & market expertise to the sales team.Responsibilities Support Sales in Strategic DealsWork hand-in-hand with AEs to drive high-value dealsFrom strategy definition to pitch delivery, ensure that every interaction with strategic prospects is personalized and impactfulAccompany the Sales team in the acquisition of strategic accounts across all marketsDefine the strategy with the AEEnsure the right value is sold to convert customers and maximize average basketPrepare tailored assets: Custom presentation, Custom content, Custom demoPitch presentations / demos / specific productsRFP ManagementDefine the strategy with the AE, align Sales, CS, and C-level stakeholders to ensure coherence and relevanceBuild custom presentations tailored to the RFP requirementsAnswer technical documentation and formal questionnairesPitch the solution with Sales during oral presentationsFollow up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentumSales EnablementProduce success cases that highlight client stories and product impactUpdate content to reflect the latest features and positioningFeed the internal training platform, Partoo U, with relevant resourcesStructure and run Sales onboarding sessions for new joinersProvide regular Sales training focused on advanced topics and product evolutionRequired Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (Solution Consultant / Presales)Problem-solver mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message depending on the audienceFluent in English, German, and SpanishStrong curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity in project management and client interactionsHighly organized, structured and detail-orientedAbility to simplify technical concepts and make them accessible to non-technical stakeholdersRecruitment Process Interview with Amicie, Talent AcquisitionCase studiesInterview with Sébastien, Head of SolutionsInterview with Alexis, VP StrategyInterview with Jose, Head of Sales Latam to assess level of SpanishCoffee to meet the teamSeniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Full-timeJob function Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
