WindowSight is looking for an Executive Assistant for Pol, the CEO. We are a young and energetic startup growing and taking on new challenges every day. Also called 'the Spotify of Art and Photography', we are transforming TVs into digital galleries worldwide, with a community of +250 artists committed to bring art to everyone's daily lives. You can manage many projects at once and are super organized
Providing strategic administrative and project management support for Pol and the Team
Booking travel and accommodations and meticulously filing expenses - extra bonus if you find the best deals
Planning and executing various team events and off-sites
Highly proficient in Google G-Suite Apps
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Catalan, and Spanish
Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role - if you've done this before, even better
