We are looking for motivated Customer Advisors (Kundenberater/-in) to support our Sales & Strategy team on a full-time basis.Are you a career changer or looking for a new challenge? Specifically, you will support our strategy consultants by pre-qualifying leads and organizing their schedules, ensuring a smooth advisory process.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Advisor , your daily tasks will include:Client Contact: You will maintain contact with interested parties and conduct initial telephone consultations.Pre-Qualification: You will pre-qualify potential customers based on their business goals to determine if they are a fit for our strategic consulting.Support: You will assist strategy consultants with operational tasks.Scheduling: You will plan, prepare, and follow up on appointments for our strategy consultants.RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you need:Language: You must have flawless written and spoken German & English .Experience: No prior sales experience is necessary—career changers (Quereinsteiger) are welcomeSkills: You have a quick grasp of new concepts, high discipline, and strong communication skills.Attributes: You have a pleasant, calm phone voice and can handle performance pressure well.Mindset: You are able to follow existing processes with precision.Bonus: Prior knowledge in Online Marketing, Coaching, or Consulting is a plus, but not required.What We Offer YouAt RIKEMA , we invest in our team’s long-term success.
