Your Mission As a Sales Assistant , you will be the backbone of our sales and operational processes. Specifically, you will support our team in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Key Responsibilities In this role , your daily tasks will include: Client Support: You will assist in communicating with potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service. Data Management: You will maintain and update customer master data (CRM) with precision, as high data quality is the basis of our success. Coordination: You will organize appointments and coordinate schedules for our consultants and management. Reporting: You will assist in preparing reports and presentations to support our growth strategies. Administration: You will handle general office duties and support the team in daily operations. Requirements To succeed in this position, you should bring: Language: Native/Fluent German is essential (as our focus is the DACH region) and good English skills. Experience: Commercial training (Ausbildung) or experience in a similar assistant or sales support role. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a general affinity for digital tools and marketing. Mindset: You are structured, reliable, and have a “passion meets intellect” attitude toward work. Location: You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Marbella, Spain .
