Specifically, you will support our team in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth administrative workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role , your daily tasks will include:Client Support: You will assist in communicating with potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service.Data Management: You will maintain and update customer master data (CRM) with precision, as high data quality is the basis of our success.Coordination: You will organize appointments and coordinate schedules for our consultants and management.Reporting: You will assist in preparing reports and presentations to support our growth strategies.Administration: You will handle general office duties and support the team in daily operations.RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should bring:Language: Native/Fluent German is essential (as our focus is the DACH region) and good English skills.Experience: Commercial training (Ausbildung) or experience in a similar assistant or sales support role.Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a general affinity for digital tools and marketing.Mindset: You are structured, reliable, and have a “passion meets intellect” attitude toward work.Location: You must reside in or be willing to relocate to Marbella, Spain .What We Offer YouAt RIKEMA , we value our team.
