As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our commercial operations and drive growth across key markets. The Sales Manager supports the Head of Business Development in managing Nabla Wind Hub’s commercial activities, from lead generation to contract closure. The role combines hands-on business development with client relationship management and close coordination with technical, proposal, and project delivery teams. This position suits a commercially minded, analytical professional capable of bridging technical discussions with sound business reasoning and maintaining strong internal alignment between Business Development, Proposals, and Engineering. The Sales Manager will be based in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. Commercial Execution Support the Head of BD in delivering the annual sales plan and achieving revenue targets. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead identification and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Prepare and review technical-commercial proposals in coordination with the proposals and engineering teams. Contribute to standardizing pricing structures and commercial documentation. Identify new business opportunities across all Nabla Wind Hub services (load analysis, lifetime extension, performance diagnostics, etc.). Align with the Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to delivery. Maintain updated records in CRM systems, tracking opportunities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.
