This role is ideal for a proven leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on field execution. About the Role The Sales Engineer Leader, EMEA is a senior leadership position responsible for defining, leading, and executing Pentera’s technical sales strategy across the entire EMEA region. You will lead a distributed Sales Engineering organization of at least 10 professionals, ensuring excellence in technical engagement, strong regional alignment, and meaningful business impact. Your leadership will shape how Pentera positions its technology, engages enterprise customers, influences product direction, and accelerates revenue across EMEA. This role blends high-level regional ownership with ongoing field presence, supporting strategic opportunities, guiding technical evaluations, and representing Pentera in executive discussions. The role requires frequent travel across EMEA.
