What we look for?For our Global Accounts team, we are looking for a technically skilled professional with experience in designing solutions, capable of translating client needs into actionable proposals. This role involves close collaboration with delivery and sales teams to ensure feasibility and impact. Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Design tailored technology solutions for clients. Support proposal development and RFP responses. Assist sales teams in client meetings and workshops. Stay up to date with tech trends (Cloud, Data, AI). Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solution viability. What do we expect from you?3–6 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution design. Experience in IT consulting firms (not product companies). Solid understanding of enterprise architectures and delivery models. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of enterprise tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI), business solutions (SAP, Salesforce), and delivery models. Experience in international environments with distributed teams. Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued. Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira. Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).
