Role Description We are looking for a Senior Presales / Solutions Specialist to be part of a team specialized in solution design and proposal development, working closely with our Technology Centers of Excellence and Business Enablement teams to deliver high-impact solutions to global clients. Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will Be Lead and coordinate the creation of tailored solutions from a technology, delivery, and business perspective. Develop persuasive proposals and RFP responses with cross-functional teams. Provide technical advisory during client meetings, demos, and workshops. Maintain reusable content and templates to streamline future pursuits. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies. Advocate for AI-ready approaches in solution design. What do we expect from you? Minimum 5 years in presales, solution consulting or technical sales support. Proven experience in crafting large proposals (>3M€). Strong understanding of enterprise tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI), business solutions (SAP, Salesforce), and delivery models. Experience in international environments with distributed teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued. Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira. Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).
