We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Head of Database Administration (DBA) to lead and scale our database team. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on expertise, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across a diverse database ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a growing DBA team (currently 5 members, with active hiring ongoing)Oversee performance, availability, backup, and disaster recovery for more than 100 database servers, including several high‑load systemsCollaborate closely with development teams, solution architects, and data analysts to ensure database reliability and efficiencyDrive adoption of modern practices for database management, migrations, automation, and process standardizationEvaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needsQualificationsProven experience managing large‑scale, high‑availability database infrastructuresStrong leadership and people management skillsExperience working across cloud, on‑premises, and containerized environments (Kubernetes)Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skillsTech StackDatabases hosted in the cloud, on‑premises, and in Kubernetes environmentsBenefits23 working days of vacation per year6 sick days without a doctor's noteMedical insuranceBirthdays, milestones, and employee anniversaries celebrationsModern offices with snacks and all the essentialsSocial Club and more than 50 events per year – coming soonBreakfasts and lunches (partially covered)Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered)Bold moves start here.
