This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across a diverse database ecosystem.✔️ Infrastructure: Databases hosted in the cloud, on-premises, and in Kubernetes environments.✔️ Lead and manage a growing DBA team (currently 5 members, with active hiring ongoing);✔️ Oversee performance, availability, backup, and disaster recovery for more than 100 database servers, including several high-load systems;✔️ Collaborate closely with development teams, solution architects, and data analysts to ensure database reliability and efficiency;✔️ Drive adoption of modern practices for database management, migrations, automation, and process standardization;✔️ Evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needs.✔️ Proven experience managing large-scale, high-availability database infrastructures;✔️ Strong leadership and people management skills;✔️ Experience working across cloud, on-premises, and containerized environments (Kubernetes);✔️ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Benefits ✅ We offer excellent benefits, including but not limited to:23 working days of vacation per year;6 sick days without a doctor\'s note;Birthdays, milestones, and employee anniversaries celebrations;Modern offices with snacks and all the essentials;Social Club and more than 50 events per year - coming soon;Breakfasts and lunches (partially covered);Language classes & tennis lessons (partially covered).ALL RESUMES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISHBold moves start here.
