We support recruitment projects across multiple Engineering domains , including Manufacturing, Industry, Energy, Pharma & Biotech, and Supply Chain & Logistics. Business Development Manager – HR Consulting (Engineering) to lead the growth of our Engineering practice in Barcelona . Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Engineering practice, building long-term client partnerships, and leading a team of consultants toward high performance and impact. Developing and managing a strong portfolio of clients within the Engineering sector . Driving business development initiatives and expanding key accounts across Spain and Europe. Overseeing and supporting recruitment projects for technical, managerial, and executive roles within engineering environments. Fostering a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and high-performance team culture. 7 years of experience within the Engineering industry . business development, sales, or recruitment consultancy is a strong plus. BSc or MSc in Engineering or a related technical field (strongly preferred). Fluency in Spanish and English required. Strong commercial mindset with a consultative approach.
