Strategic Prospecting & Market DevelopmentIdentify and proactively reach out to key decision‑makers (e.g., R&D Directors, Process Chemistry Leads, Sourcing Heads).Execute outreach strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.Share feedback with product and strategy teams regarding market trends and key industry pain points.2. Full Sales‑Cycle ManagementIndependently manage the entire commercial process: qualification and needs assessment, proposal development and presentation, negotiation, and closing.Clearly articulate the value of the enzyme discovery and engineering platform, tailoring the message to each client’s needs.Lead complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders (R&D, Procurement, Legal) and manage high‑value deal closures.3.
