Provide IT support to end-users via ticketing system. Manage and maintain hardware inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels. Implement and document IT processes, ensuring compliance and clarity. Act as the primary IT contact for internal teams and users. Perform administrative tasks related to IT operations and procurement. Microsoft Autopilot Ensure clear communication of IT policies and procedures to users. General infrastructure knowledge: Microsoft 365 suite SharePoint & OneDrive Microsoft Autopilot and Intune Strong IT and technology skills Proficiency in technical English is a must. Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills. ossibility of signing an internship agreement from the University. Possess a valid visa throughout the entire internship period if applicable. Availability for a full-time/part time internship from 6 to 12 months. UPL may supplement that internal capability from time to time with assistance from temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters ("Agency"). xohynlm Agency must obtain written approval from UPL's HR department before submitting resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed contract for service and in response to a specific job opening will UPL pay the agreed upon service fees.
