IT Business Analyst LIMS

The Business Analyst is knowledgeable in the business and in the applications of his area and bridges both. The Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis and all related documentation for his allocated IT projects. The Business Analyst defines how the scope of the IT project will be implemented within the existing applications, working closely with the software development team. The role also includes establishing and maintaining strong regional relations for knowledge sharing and activities to achieve synergy with other BAs in the region, as well as with business units and regional/group teams.Business Requirement ManagementBridges business and IT solutions, managing business relations with stakeholders (including key users, lab managers, and business unit managers) on IT initiatives to ensure successful implementation.Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Prepares specifications and documentation.Provides regular updates on assigned requirements.Ensures proper documentation.Technical TasksDefines requirements, user stories, and test cases.Works with the Product Owner to prioritise requirements.Prepares changes for the Change Advisory Board.Supports master data migration during projects.Provides training to users on its application scope.Provides post go‑live support of any new solution deployed (HyperCare Support).Prepares training materials, technical and end‑user documentation.QualificationsEducation Background:Educational background in Healthcare and/or information systems.Experience:Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.Experience using Azure DevOps.Experience aligning IT with business initiatives.Experience in project coordination and project management.Experience specifying requirements on business applications.Experience with ERP deployment projects in a mid‑size organization.Language Requirement:Near fluent English is a must (C1 level proficiency is expected; B2+ is a minimum).Personal Profile:Excellent analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.Logical and efficient, with keen attention to details.Strong customer orientation mindset.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Self‑organised.Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.Ability to participate in several projects in parallel.Hands‑on attitude.Team player.Diversity and InclusionWe embrace diversity As an Equal Opportunity Employer, the Eurofins network of companies believes in strength and innovation through diversity.
