IT Business Analyst LIMS

Job Description The Business Analyst ensures the liaison between the business side and the IT side of an IT project. The Business Analyst is knowledgeable in the business and in the applications of his area and bridges both. The Business Analyst is responsible for the analysis and all related documentation for his allocated IT projects. The Business Analyst defines how the scope of the IT project will be implemented within the existing applications, working closely with the software development team. Their role includes establishing and maintaining strong regional relations for knowledge sharing and activities to achieve synergy with other BAs in the region, as well as with business units and regional / group teams.Business requirement management Bridges business and IT solutions manages business relations with stakeholders (including key users, lab managers, and business unit managers) on IT initiatives to ensure successful implementation.Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecyclePrepares specifications, documentationProviders regular updates on assigned requirementsEnsures proper documentation,Technical tasks Defines requirements, user stories, test casesWork with the Product Owner to prioritise requirementsPrepares changes for Change Advisory BoardSupports master data migration during projectsProvides training to users on its application scopeProvides post go live support of any new solution deployed («HyperCare Support»).Prepares training materials, technical and end-user documentationsEducation Background Educational background in the fields of Healthcare and / or information systems.Experience Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.Experience in using Azure DevOpsExperience aligning IT with business initiatives.Experience in project coordination and project management.Experience specifying requirements on business applicationsExperience with ERP like deployment projects in a mid-size organizationLanguage requirement Near Fluent English is a must (C1 level proficiency is expected, B2+ is a minimum)Personal profile Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skillsLogical and efficient, with keen attention to detailsStrong customer orientation mindsetExcellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsSelf-organisedAble to exercise independent judgement and take action on itAbility to participate in several projects in parallelHands on attitudeTeam playerAdditional Information We support your development Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
