BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – GRAN DISTRIBUCIÓN NON-FOOD (ZONA NORTE Y CENTRO ESPAÑA)¿Estás en búsqueda de una nueva oportunidad comercial?¿Tienes cartera activa de clientes en cadenas de supermercados y empresas de distribución de producto non-food (detergentes, limpieza, aerosoles, automoción, cosmética, etc.)?¿Te motiva un proyecto donde tu agenda de contactos y tu capacidad de abrir puertas marcan la diferencia?Entonces esta posición es para ti.Desde Paul Marlex colaboramos con una empresa industrial consolidada que inicia una etapa de fuerte crecimiento en el canal de gran distribución y retail non-food , y busca incorporar un perfil comercial con acceso real a decisores de compra en supermercados y distribuidores.¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?Serás una figura estratégica y clave dentro de la organización, con la responsabilidad de desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial en la zona norte y centro de España, especialmente en la Comunidad de Madrid.Tu misión será impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, abrir nuevos canales de venta y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales, contribuyendo directamente a los resultados globales de la compañía.Desarrollar e implementar el plan comercial en la zona asignada.Generar nueva cartera de clientes en sectores con alto potencial.Detectar tendencias de mercado, identificar oportunidades de producto y proponer acciones comerciales alineadas con la estrategia de la empresa.Hacer seguimiento de los objetivos comerciales y proponer acciones de mejora continua.A medio plazo, y en función de los resultados, liderar la creación de un pequeño equipo comercial propio.¿Qué te podemos ofrecer?Pertenecer a una empresa consolidada y referente en su sector.Incorporarte a una empresa sólida, con producto propio y alta capacidad de adaptación al mercado.Proyecto con alto impacto real en ventas y crecimiento.Autonomía para trabajar tu cartera y desarrollar negocio.Vehículo de empresa y herramientas para tu actividad.Condiciones económicas competitivas según experiencia y valía, con un sistema de variable atractivo y sin límite máximo.¿Qué necesitamos de ti?Experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B a supermercados, centrales de compra o distribuidores de producto non-food .Cartera activa de clientes en gran distribución o retail (requisito clave).Conocimiento del canal: negociación con compradores, introducción de referencias, promociones, etcPerfil orientado a resultados, autónomo y con visión de negocio.Capacidad analítica para identificar oportunidades y adaptar la propuesta de valor al mercado.Residencia en la zona norte o centro de España.Disponibilidad para viajar.
