Segment Manager HTI – Etex Location: Madrid, Spain (Remote with extensive travel across the region) About the Role At Etex, we seek to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and our communities. This new opportunity focuses on the refractory market in Spain and Portugal. What You’ll Do Sell and promote HTI products to meet area sales & revenue targets for the Business Unit and Division Target distributors, installers and the refractory market, such as steel and glass production factories Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, using all communication mediums and routes to market Manage a selected segmentation of customers aiming to nurture growth in revenue and margin terms Collaborate with other segment managers in a European team to align customer value propositions and segment strategies Identify potential customer targets, build a pipeline of qualified opportunities, and record all pipeline activity accurately in CRM Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction with products, solutions, and services Key
