Join us as Segment Manager – High Temperature Insulation (HTI). This is a new, exciting opportunity that focuses on the refractory market in Spain and Portugal The role is fully remote, with extensive travel across the region. What you’ll do To sell and promote the company's range of HTI products to meet area sales & revenue targets for the Business Unit and Division Targeting distributors, installers and the refractory market, such as steel and glass production factories Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, considering all communication mediums and routes to market Manage selected segmentation of customers with the ambition of nurturing growth in revenue and margin terms Working within a European team, collaborate with other segment managers to ensure alignment between customer value propositions and segment strategies Identify potential customer targets and be responsible for seeking out and building a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Ensuring all pipeline activity is accurately recorded and updated within CRM Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction with products, solutions, and services Key
