Buscamos un Project Manager/Customer Success Executive para compañía líder en información, contenidos y soluciones digitales para el sector salud, con una sólida especialización en el entorno farmacéutico. Nuestro cliente ofrece soluciones digitales y de contenido dirigidas a profesionales sanitarios, combinando rigor científico, alcance y conocimiento del entorno médico.Reportando a Dirección Comercial de Farmacia será capaz de asegurar la correcta ejecución operativa y administrativa de campañas y proyectos digitales para clientes farmacéuticos, actuando como punto de coordinación entre clientes, agencias y equipos internos, y dando soporte al equipo comercial, sin responsabilidad de captación ni cierre de ventas.ResponsabilidadesEjecución y seguimiento de campañas digitales para clientes.Ejecucion y seguimiento de proyectos e interlocución operativa con clientes y agencias.Coordinación de los servicios asociados a las campañas (emailings, e-boletines, contenidos, display, etc.).Coordinación con ventas, operaciones y administración.Control de timings, entregables y correcta implementación de los servicios contratados.Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente durante la ejecución de los proyectos.Preparación de informes básicos de seguimiento y resultados.Apoyo en preparación de presentaciones comerciales y presupuestos como apoyo al equipo de ventas.Seguimiento de POs, contratos y facturación del equipo Pharma.Actualización de CRM y herramientas internas de gestión y reporting.Perfil requeridoAl menos 2 años de experiencia en Customer Success, Project Coordinator,
