Integrations Specialist

**Job Title**Integrations Specialist - Hospitality Solutions**Summary of the Role**As an Integration Specialist within Amadeus Hospitality Operations, you will play a key role in supporting customers with the integration of Amadeus products and partner Property Management Systems (PMS). You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and post-integration phases, ensuring seamless connectivity and maximum value for our clients. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and continuous process improvement.**Main Responsibilities*** Support sales with integration demos and solution proposals* Advise customers on integration activities between Amadeus and customer systems* Resolve functional issues and provide problem resolution during integration projects* Submit Statements of Requirements (SOR) or change proposals (CPR) to Product Management* Manage and track integration schedules* Assist with implementation, including connectivity, product setup, data setup, and testing* Report integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback to management* Perform final certification before production implementation* Ensure high product adoption and assist customers in daily activities* Help customers maximize the value of Amadeus solutions* Identify and prioritize critical issues and root causes* Follow up on internal process improvements and automation**About the Ideal Candidate*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Tourism or related field* Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or customer support* Experience with HTML, XML, JSON, SQL, or server applications/tools is a plus* Knowledge of hospitality industry and travel technology is an advantage* Advanced PC skills and adaptability to various technical environments* Understanding of APIs and software development processes* Excellent communication and attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively* Strong customer focus, goal orientation, and accountability* Analytical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and flexibility* Proficiency in English**What we can offer you*** A complete rewards offer - Amadeus provides attractive remuneration packages, covering all essential components of a competitive reward offer, including bonus, equity, pension plan, travel, life and healthcare insurance, as well as lunch and transport allowance and other benefits.* A truly global DNA - Everything at Amadeus is global, from our people to our business, which translates into our footprint, processes, and culture.* Great opportunities to learn - Learning happens all the time and in many ways at Amadeus, through on-the-job training, formal learning activities, and day-to-day interactions with colleagues.* A caring environment - Amadeus fosters a caring environment, nurturing both a fulfilling career and personal and family life.
