Your mision as a M&A Integrations Project Specialis t profile for our maritime services division in Barcelona. , you will play a key role within the Integration Management Office (IMO), supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of integration activities across new ventures, acquisitions, and international expansions (greenfield or joint ventures) is to ensure smooth transitions aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsabilities: Support governance structures and coordinate cross-functional interactions. Develop integration plans aligned with organizational objectives. Manage project timelines, milestones, and documentation. Identify and mitigate integration risks. Monitor performance metrics and report to leadership. Execute change management strategies. Track and report on synergies and integration benefits. Collaborate with internal teams and communicate progress clearly and effectively.
