We’re partnering with a dynamic global innovator that empowers top brands to achieve new levels of success through cutting-edge technology, client support, and excellence in service. Right now, they're searching for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join their team Ideally based in Marbella, Spain, but open to remote work within Spain.
WHAT WOULD BE YOUR RESPONSABILITIES?
As the Account Manager , you'll be a key player within the organization, balancing back-office support with lead generation to deliver the high-quality service that clients expect from a Global leader. Working closely with the Team Lead, you’ll engage in operational client support, collaborate with suppliers, and actively pursue new business to drive growth and success.
Back-Office Support & Team Collaboration (50%)
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to the Team Lead, assisting with the coordination and management of both client and supplier relationships .
- Oversee seamless project execution, ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders to meet project goals.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to streamline team operations and enhance efficiency, helping us exceed client expectations in every project.
New Business Development & Lead Generation (50%)
- Drive new business by generating and managing a pipeline of qualified leads, working proactively to achieve and surpass assigned budget targets.
- Leverage strategic lead generation techniques to identify potential clients, understanding their needs to position the company’s services as the optimal solution.
- Maintain full accountability for meeting budget targets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align new business efforts with the company’s growth objectives.
