Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German-speaking Business Development Representative for their Barcelona office.Your Role Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targetsExecute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutionsEducate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goalsMaintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceNative/fluen level of German and strong English communication skills both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutionsUnderstanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principlesProactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environmentExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills.The Offer Competitive renumeration packageFull-time hybrid role (39 hours/week) based in BarcelonaRelocation package including flight ticket and accommodation during the 1st month of employmentContinuous training and development opportunitiesAnd many more#J-18808-Ljbffr
